What are the House Rules?
Booking guest must be 25 years or older
No smoking
No parties
No unregistered guests allowed overnight
Booking will be canceled if failure to comply

What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled >60 prior to arrival
50% refund if cancelled 30-60 days before
No refund if trip is cancelled < 30 days before arrival
No refunds for weather related issues
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, there is a security deposit of $500. This deposit is held days prior to your arrival and released 3 days after check out if there is no damage reported.
Entire deposit will be forfeited if a party is reported and booking will be immediately terminated
Do you allow pets?
Yes, 1 fur baby is allowed each stay
We allow 1 dog <40Lbs
There is a pet fee of $150
Please keep pets off furniture
Owners are responsible for cleanup
